A career starting as an Army Officer, Kevin has operated in 4 countries, predominantly Asian. The vast majority of his career has been in heavy industry, with the last 20 years in cement and concrete related products which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the industry customers and operations. Through additional study, including his MBA, and practical application, he has developed a strong commercial approach within operational settings, and has managed large scale transformations within both multinational companies and publicly listed start-ups. He has a strong desire to work as part of a growing business within Australia whilst still being part of a CRH.

Having 25+ years in the manufacturing industry, Chris draws on his knowledge and experience to focus on improving productivity and product development across globally-focused companies in Telecommunications, Electrical and Construction Sectors

Chris lives by the philosophy of fundamentally improving the infrastructure developed and delivered for the next generations. He is driving innovation and thought-leadership amongst the business and his team.

With both Trade and Tertiary Engineering qualifications and post-graduate in Project Management, Chris brings a unique perspective to the Organisation’s Engineering discipline and management systems. Year on year, Chris successfully commercialises new products representing 20% of the business’s revenue.

This year Chris will focus on market demand and improving product installation safety as we bring exciting new products to customers.

Fleur is a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director, with a Bachelor of Business in Economics, an MBA from Deakin University, and a CPA qualification. In addition, she has completed the Institute of Company Directors course. Fleur has a wealth of relevant experience in finance and leadership, particularly in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. She has worked for large NYSE listed multinationals such as IBM and Alcoa and smaller FTSE listed companies like Chemring Plc. Throughout her career, Fleur has demonstrated a passion for business improvement and control, leading major projects such as digital transformations, ERP implementation, efficiency and profitability improvement programs, and even the closure of an aluminium smelter. Her extensive expertise in these areas makes her a true asset to the IPA team.

In 2007, he started working with Aus Pits in Queensland and later relocated to Victoria with his family to continue his career with IPA.
