Manufactured by Infrastructure Products Australia, the new MONObox™ Electrical Distribution pit is engineered to comply with Powercor technical standard requirements and load ratings. Due to the manufacturing method, you’ll see less contraction and expansions that alleviate gaps between pit and cover.
Australian Standards
Our MONObox™ plastic pit range is designed and tested to Class A applications, under the Australian Standard AS/NZ 3996. Under specific conditions, MONObox™ pits can be rated up to Class B (See Load Rating section below).
Load Rating
Our MONObox™ circular plastic pits are manufactured to a Class B load rating (ultimate limit state design load of 10kN) under the Australian Standard AS/NZ 3996
